- Do you speak English?
- Yes. The team speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish, so you can book, ask questions and describe what you want in any of the four. Booksy itself works in English too.
- Are you open on Sunday?
- No. We are open Monday to Saturday 8:00–22:00 and closed on Sunday. Saturday evening slots are usually the first to go, so book those a few days ahead.
- How late are you open?
- Until 22:00, six days a week, so an evening appointment straight after work is realistic here.
- How do I get there and is there parking?
- ul. Barska 61A, Kraków, on the Podgórze side of the Vistula, about 10 minutes on foot from Kazimierz. Street parking on Barska and the neighbouring streets is paid on weekdays and free on Saturday; the nearest tram and bus stops are Rondo Grunwaldzkie and Konopnickiej.
- How can I pay?
- Card (including contactless and phone payments), BLIK or cash, at the end of the visit.
- How do I book or cancel?
